Bioengineering Day Committee
Bioengineering Day showcases the full expanse of bioengineering as a far-reaching field of study with diverse applications in healthcare, research, and technology in a way accessible to anyone interested in Bioengineering. This event is an opportunity for seniors to showcase their design projects, speakers to share insights into their respective fields, and UC San Diego student teams the chance to test their smarts at the annual Quiz Bowl. With this cherished tradition, BMES works to create a day dedicated to the field of Bioengineering.
Weekly Meetings
Weekly meetings are on Tuesdays from 8pm to 9pm in PFBH room 291. Our first meeting of the year is on October 8th during week 2

Co-ChairHi all! I'm Pranav, a 2nd year Bioengineering: Biotechnology major at Marshall College. I'm so excited to serve as a co-chair for BE Day this year! My favorite thing about BMES is the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people from different backgrounds. In my free time, I enjoy baking, going on hikes, and crocheting
